Designing, engineering and building SIPs projects throughout France since 2011.

Clix Construction is the leading French provider of the Kingspan TEK SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) build system.

SIP panels as they are more commonly know are a key component of a sustainable high insulated eco building envelope,

Established as a SARL in 2011 and a proud delivery partner for Kingspan TEK®, we are the original SIP provider in France. We design, supply and install SIPs panels to create effiecent and sustainable projects throughout France.

Why Kingspan TEK™

Kingspan TEK™ utilises Kingspan’s high performance, fibre-free rigid thermoset Urethane Insulation for the core of the SIP panels, which is autohesively* bonded and sandwiched between two sheets of oriented strand board (OSB/3). This process is exceptionally reliable and vastly superior to the ‘secondary adhesion’ process often used in the manufacture of inferior SIPs panels. The TEK panels has been extensively tested in high altitude and harsh weather environments and out performed all similar products in durability strength and insulation values.

Our Projects

The Advantages of SIPs

  • Speed of Construcion

SIPs revolutionise construction speed. Prefabricated off-site, these panels accelerate building projects by providing precision-cut, quick-to-assemble components. SIPs offer a faster, efficient alternative to traditional methods for those seeking swift project completion

  • Energy Efficiency

SIPs have redefine energy efficiency in construction. With a core of rigid foam insulation, they minimise thermal bridging, ensuring superior insulation and airtight structures. SIPs offer a sustainable and cost-effective solution for those prioritising eco-friendly building practices.

  • Sustainability

SIPs contribute significantly to sustainable construction practices. The manufacturing process of SIPs utilises less raw material, minimises waste, and  incorporates recycled content, making them an environmentally responsible choice.

  • Reduced Bills

The panels' insulating foam core minimises heat transfer, reducing the need for constant heating or cooling. This results in lower energy consumption, leading to decreased utility expenses and making SIPs a cost-effective solution for long-term savings.

  • Improved Indoor Air Quality

The airtight construction of SIPs helps to minimize drafts and reduce the infiltration of allergens, pollutants, and moisture into the building. This can result in better indoor air quality and a healthier living or working environment.

  • Design Flexibility

SIPs can be used to construct a wide range of building types, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial structures. They can be customised to fit almost any architectural design and can accommodate various finishes, such as cladding, render, or brick.
